ThatFishPlace.com has always been a favorite of mine. Although I found that other sites are cheaper, this site is spread out better and comforting for beginners. The product descriptions are almost always complete. You can call one of the six on site Marine Biologists, email, or participate in scheduled live chat sessions. It's a complete petstore, and they have a separate room for pond keepers, and the best fish room I've seen yet. I've personally been there a handful of times, the most recent during the spring, and the pond room is bigger than most pet stores. The fish room is pretty big too. They've got a free pet, pond, and fish supply catalog that are very nicely done. They offer a meet or beat price guarantee, 12.99 max shipping on supplies, and use FedEx which takes about 2-3 days.
