Best aquarium store in Northern Virginia. Only drawback is they do marine only.
Spent the past 6 months working there as a manager, and left to pursue larger life interests.
In addition to running a brilliantly-done service side of the business that maintains full reef aquariums as large as 1,100 gallons, they quarrantine all fish 1 full week AFTER arrival, refuse to sell any fish sick or not yet eating in front of them, and maintain a huge selection of fish, inverts and corals.
They also have some hoppin' display tanks.
Not a "huge" store, but very well run, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable; in fact, I'd go so far as to say they're just about the most knowledgeable aquarium store staff I've ever encountered. Those that know me should respect the fact that there are people there who know a GREAT deal more than me about saltwater aquariums, and they do NOT hire grunt know-nothings, so you're almost guaranteed to talk to an experienced expert if you talk to anyone. Specifically ask for Melissa, Scott or Sean. You can tell 'em Mike Brandt told you to drop by.
