Employees- Lack of species knowledge. Most have problems sexing and deciphering between species.
Customer Service- Slow. On average they are pleasant and most will actively listen to information on the animals. They do point most of the time rather then taking you to the appropriate area.
Store Appearance- Open and Organized, slim on certain selection
Animal Appearance- Fair. A lot of mixed up animals ex( Oranda in with neon tetras, African grey in with cockatiels)
