Aquatics Employee- Hard to find. Often assisted by someone from a different department, with no aquatic knowledge
Customer Service- Slow and most often rushed
Store Appearance- common chain store style
Animal Appearance- often find dead, even decaying fish in more then one tank. Many fish lethargic.

I once heard about a Wal-Mart pets associate getting IN TROUBLE "for spending too much time caring for the fish"..... I guess life isn't very important these days...

By the way... These are the conditions of almost ALL Wal-Mart stores
