Filters:

Aquaclear 500 - (really cheap at www.bigalsonline.com) the smaller AC's are also good for smaller tanks. I have heard Emp's are good filters as well, I have never used them so I can't say one way or the other

Bakpak Protein Skimmers - very efficient, easy to clean.

Hydro Sponge V - nice big sponge filters for added filtration

=====

Water Treatment:

Kordon Amquel Plus - (dechloraminator)
Kent ProClear - (clearing cloudiness works EXTREMELY well and fast, not harmful to fishes)
Kent Marine Organic Absorption Resin - pricey, but lasts for two years and is rechargeable. use this to take tannins or any tint, coloration, etc. out of the water within 24 hours.

=====

Lighting:

Coralife Bulbs

=====

Fish Problems:

Melafix - all purpose for stress, wounds, fin damage, etc.
Pimafix - for bacterial and fungal infections, works really well in conjunction with Melafix. don't pay ridiculous prices for it at your LFS unless you have to, bigalsonline has it for 5.99 a bottle, my LFS sells the stuff for $12!!!

Jungle Parasite Clear - works really well on the primitive fishes that can't really take the broad spectrum stronger antibiotics. this stuff works very well and its cheap!

Quick Cure - there may be better products out there, but i have never had problems with this one, i use it if and when my fish ever get ich.

=====

Food:

Hikari Sinking Carnivore Pellets
Hikari Carnivore Sticks
Wardley Shrimp Pellets
Freeze Dried Krill (just about anywhere)
Mysis Shrimp

i think thats it for now, feel free to ask any questions for further info about any of this stuff and how i use it, etc. thanks for your lists to everyone who has already posted! good idea to have this thread!--

Stress Coat water conditioner

Stress Coat is way too expensive. Condition tap water with something that goes a lot farther and is waaaay cheaper like Genesis and Prime...
