hey dave, yes that was an archer in my 50g bichir tank; i sold him a couple weeks ago though. great fish, he was going to a full brackish tank so he was better off smile.gif you have some pretty cool tanks!

pufferdude, that is an awesome planted tank!

i just got a new bulb for my bichir tank and it looks almost completely different, i'll have to get some more pics up soon. great looking tanks everyone!

the Tiki heads came from VIPets.. my lfs... but I dont think they have a VIPets out of state...

hey E.. I have a 5" archer in my 75g community tank.. and he keeps pickin off my little fish (i.e hatchet)

but I love him and he is cool so he can do that hehehe

dave- yeah, i have heard about archers really bullying other top-dwelling fishes. mine was fine with an African butterfly fish for a while, but then when i moved him to the 50 he had no other top dwelling tankmates. guess they just like their territory. once i sold him off i 'replaced' him with a small silver arowana smile.gif --

All but the deep red plants are silks...in all my tanks.
The deep reds are plastic plants leftover from a disney ride...i bought them on ebay in huge huge rolls...lol
