I bought my australian arowana on monday. Its anout maybe 3-4 inches. Since Ive gotten it, it hasnt eaten yet. It is very active and swims all around it tanks but it wont eat. I tried the frozen blood worm cubes, some silver sides, but it wont budge. I even put a feeder fish to see if it would go after it. Any ideas? i thought he would be used to the tank by now. I checked the ammonia, and its clear of ammonia. ph 7.5 water temp 82 degrees. only other fish in there with him is my pleco. any ideas would be appreciated.

What kind of feeder fish are you using? Guppies would probably be ideal. You could also drag a chunk of shrimp on a string to try to encourage feeding.
