My 18 lb RTC died now I have to start over again this time I am going to have A arowana and I cant decide I have it bewteen A jaguar,or A texas cichlid or A nimbochromis, A tiger shovelnose is A thought but I am leaning against it due to I think with A TSN good water quality would be harder to achieve.
Which one do you recomend to get or not to get I will put them in A 480 gallon with A 120 gal wetdry filter. These 2 fish will be the only 2 in the tank.

what species of arowana you planning to get? A texax cichlud might get eaten by the shovelnose and the nimbochromis require dfferent ph. Most of your other fish need slightly soft acidic water while the nimbocromis need hard alkaline water.
