I have to wonder what exactly happened to this place? Suddenly everyone stopped posting. I really hate to see it like this, AP used to be great. I know it got beat out by other sites, but I guess I didnt picture this happening.

Who runs things now? Chad hasnt been on in over a year, Monica has been gone a couple months, I saw a couple other admins still around, just wondering if AP changed hands? Are there any future plans for the site? I would hate to one day try and long on and find AP has disappeared.

Dont mean to bring up a sore subject, just miss this place.

Slow times for every forum/message board I know. It's interesting that this is not only with fish related communities but can be observed with PC-based forums and other "genres" as well. Time will tell.

i liked AP, there was always good info here and folks willing to help without all the flaming and arguing. i wish our new owner would contribute and have a presence here. maybe we could bring us back from the nearly dead?

I know I would love to see that happen. I think it will take a lot of work though.

Hotspot, I have noticed that as well. Perhaps it is just because people are spending less money than they used to?

I was just about to make a new thread when I saw this.

Its really sad how things have slowed down. But I gotta admit this is the first time I've been on in awhile. Maybe things will kick back up. I really appreciate the fact that you didn't come here and get all sorts of BS when you asked a question.

I'm not loving the new colors. Makes me think of Walmart.
