Heating A 900G Indoor Pond?

Anyone have any ideas as to how to heat a 900g indoor pond made out of an INTEX 8ftx3ft Inflatable ring pool?

It will be in my uninsulated garage so heat in the summer won't be an issue, but it gets as cold as 35°F a few days out of the year in the winter so it will need probably 1500-2000 watts of heat to keep things around 80°F.

I'm trying to do this on the cheap as it will be a long term temporary setup lol.

Any help is appreciated!
