Well, three days ago at 5:30pm I picked up my 400g acrylic tank! So excited about that!
Dimensions are 72in long, 30in wide, and 48in tall.
Comes with 3 built in overflows and a metal stand.

I will be using my current 135g as a sump with about 80g of scrubbies. Needless to say, my fish will be happier.

When all is said and done I should have about 500g of total volume.

The sump will still house about 80g of bio media tho, which should keep up with almost any bioload possible with my fish for about 2-3 years.

The stock will be:
1 Silver Arowana
1 Red Bellied Pacu
1 Red Tail Catfish
1 Spotted Shoelnose Cat
1 Monoculous Peacock Bass
2 Tiger Oscars
1 Hi Fin Plecostomas
1 Freshwater Moray Eel
1 Goliath Tigerfish (a true Goliath)
1 Marbled Goby

I'm pretty excited to set it up!

Here are some pictures:

Don't mind how I look, this was after a 16 hour day and moving the tank twice with only 2 other people. Did I mention it weighs almost 600lbs empty?

what are you going to do for oxygenation? that tall tank severely limits the surface area where the oxygen exchange takes place. you're going to need bubble walls and/or foam filters or spray bars.. something to keep the surface moving a lot.

can't wait to see it set up, it's going to look AWESOME!!!

Well I will be using 4 corner overflows running about 4000gph to a sump/wet dry so there should be PLENTY of gas exchange lol

yea, it's not picking up much at all. i come on twice a day and check what's new, and it's nearly nothing.
