Store Employees not very knowledgable. Customer Services- unattentive and seemed as if bothered by being asked to help.
Store Appearance- Crowded. Unorganized.
Animal Appearance- I was a little shocked by the state of their animals and their cages. Not in a good way.

I've been there too. They do seem like they'll order fish for you though. That's a bonus.

i bought one fish from them and got parasites. not highly recomended by me.
on a positive not, if your afraid to go over the narrows bridge they have some of the most deverse group of fish in kitsap county.
